Hydrangeas and Clematis
The lavender has opened since last week -- even more beautiful than before.
And hey! Do you like my new table? Another Lucketts find. I needed a nice, big table to hold lots and lots of stuff when I'm hangin' out in ma'bed with ma'baby in July, recovering from C-Section #5. I thought this one was just right. And I always love an excuse to eat at the Cowbell Kitchen in front of the Old Lucketts Store! This time I enjoyed an insanely delicious panini sandwich with Honey baked Virginia ham, mustard, cheddar cheese and TOMATO JAM. You heard me! Tomato Jam! The sandwich was warm and crispy and sweet and salty and delicious and I love you, Cheryl! She also served me a strawberry hand pie made with love and fresh local strawberries for dessert. I regret to say that I didn't take a photo because I just dove in and didn't come up for air until everything was gone. But something tells me I'll be going back for round 2 before this baby's arrival. What a lovely late morning I had at Lucketts!
